-Sessions will not be reserved or take place unless a contract has been signed and retainer paid.
-Digital CD’s are included with limited release to customer.
YOU MAY NOT DUPLICATE THE DISC. However, you can use any photo printing company
of your choosing. Extra discs are $50 apiece.
-All portraits are done on location with natural light.
-All sessions are one hour in time; unless otherwise stated,
it will end when you and I believe we have the shots we want. There limit of 3
outfits in your wardrobe change and locations are limited to three.
-I require a $85 non-refundable retainer fee at least seven
days before scheduled session, to ensure reservation. Remainder is due at/before final product is delivered.
-If you must cancel, please give at least 48-hour notice. If
you would like to reschedule, the retainer is transferrable up to 3 times.
-Please to NOT edit or alter photos without written
permission. This will also require an additional fee.
-All prices include talent, session fee, time, business fees,
travel, editing and taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
-Travel outside of Braxton County, WV may include an additional
fee and any fees incurred while at the session.
-I take cash and now I can take Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American
Express
-If I cannot accommodate you or your requests, I am able to
recommend another professional photographer to you.
-At this time I do not do weddings; however, I can give you
recommendations for fellow professionals that do shoot weddings.
